By booking with DreamWay Travels, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your request via WhatsApp, phone, or email and agree on fare, vehicle, and timing. Quotes are valid for the stated route and date.

Pricing & Payment

• Fares are shared transparently before travel begins
• Toll, parking, and permit charges (if any) may be extra unless included in the quote
• Payment methods will be confirmed at booking

Cancellations

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may attract a fee depending on the booking type — we will clarify this when you book.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup details and contact numbers
• Be ready at the agreed time
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• Do not carry illegal or hazardous items

Liability

We strive for safe, punctual service. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control. Personal belongings remain the passenger’s responsibility.
